About the Author

Maria Gosur
Maria Gosur is a multi-passionate creative who loves to learn, grow, make a difference and inspire others to do the same. With experience in all areas of creative work, Maria is passionate about sharing her knowledge and encouragement to others who are trying to expand their skills, pursue big goals, and be a resilient creative. Maria is the owner of two businesses around this focus, Creative Seed and BrandRoots.
Inspired by an array of rollercoaster life experiences and years of intense, life-changing therapy work to heal and grow from these roots, this book is a collection of wisdoms gained. It is Maria’s hope that opening up about her own therapy experience can help reduce the stigma and put value in taking care of your mental health just as you would your physical health. Your best creative work thrives when self-care is in balance.
Maria made this book to help her own self remember these lessons learned in therapy and take each day as an opportunity to practice them. She hopes it can help someone else too.
