What is Productivity?
Productivity is the art of being efficient with your time using systematic workflows and processes to keep you organized and on task with the things you need to do in order to reach your goals. A productivity system could be something as simple as a daily to-do list or as advanced as using a project management software.
It’s important to have systems in place to develop positive work habits. In this way, you do more proactive work with intentional planning and less reactionary work when an unexpected obstacle gets in the way. With the right efficiency, you'll be better equipped to pivot quickly when needed. Productivity gets you off the hamster wheel and onto a focused track.
