Founder & Creative Coach
Maria Gosur
I’m a multi-passionate creative who loves to learn, design, make a difference and inspire others to do the same. With education and experience in all areas of creative work, I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge and encouragement to others who are trying to expand their skills, pursue big goals and be a resilient creative.
- I have 20 years experience doing web, graphic design, media and marketing work for clients through my business, Creative Seed.
- I’ve taught at multiple colleges in subjects about Web Design & Development, Web Graphics, Digital Media Business Practices and Multimedia Production.
- As a UX Engineer at a college, I have extensive experience in working in the user experience, design and development of large-scale projects consisting of 50+ website builds and hundreds of interconnected pages.
- I have served on multiple boards bringing in my creative expertise, as well as have given many public presentations about field subjects.
- I have a Master’s degree from the University of Michigan School of Information, majoring in Human-Computer Interaction and with extensive work in entrepreneurship.
- I have a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Communications from Baker College where I graduated with high honors and was student Valedictorian. If you need a little dose of inspiration, you can still find my speech on YouTube.
- I also have an associates degree focused in Web Design.
- I’ve completed various online education programs like Marie Forleo’s 8-week intensive B-School, which focuses on business and marketing.
- When I’m not working, I enjoy diving into a good non-fiction book, listening to podcasts, writing or working on creative personal projects (I have many!).
- I love playing all sports but favor soccer the most, with basketball and golf a close second. I also enjoy watching and cheering for my favorite professional teams and players.
- I have a cat named Jet who has a one-of-a-kind personality and his own fan club. He is extremely talkative, likes the water and pretty much tries to live like it’s a human instead of a cat. He’s watched me record all of my content here like a patient student.
- I have a life goal to write a book and deliver a TED talk someday about the importance of seeking mentors and building a life support team because my own team has helped shape my life in so many positive ways.

Creative Coach
Noah Lane
Hey, I’m Noah. I love combining my two passions: creativity and people. I’ve spent a lot of time smashing them together in tons of projects with tons of cool people. Video games, podcasts, recording music, Kickstarters. I even helped brew an award-winning beer once.* Creativity is a fundamental part of being human, and the conversations that empower and challenge us facilitate innovation like nothing else. I love those conversations.
Doing good work means working with intention; peeling back the layers to understand the fundamental ‘why.’ Wherever you’re at in the process I’m sure you could benefit from a fresh perspective to confirm what you’ve been thinking, or to shake things up a bit.
I’d love to be that perspective, so let’s talk.

- Defining the big picture and keeping the details in alignment with it
- Asking thoughtful and discerning questions to spark imagination and innovation
